How long can I keep my rental?

All rentals include at least 5 hours, but we always do our best to give you extra time whenever our schedule allows. Deliveries begin at 8 AM, and pickups happen at or after the time you selected — never earlier than your scheduled pickup.

What time will my inflatable arrive?

We begin delivering at 8 AM, prioritizing events that start earlier in the day. Our delivery routes are organized a few days before the weekend, and you will receive a message with your estimated delivery and pickup window.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure Square system. A card must be kept on file, and all payments are completed online during checkout so your rental agreement can be signed electronically.

Is setup and delivery included?

Setup is always included.
Delivery is free within 30 miles of our location.
If your address is farther, a small per-mile delivery fee will apply.

When do I pay? Do I need to book early?

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your inflatable. The remaining balance is due before setup.
Rentals are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so booking early is the best way to secure the inflatable and date you want.

What surfaces are allowed?

We can set up on:

  • Grass

  • Concrete

  • Asphalt

Setups on dirt have a $50 cleaning fee.
We cannot set up on mud or gravel for safety reasons.

Where do you deliver?

We proudly deliver to a wide service area including:
SC - Carolina Forest, Myrtle Beach, Conway, Pawleys Island, Murrells Inlet, Garden City, Surfside, North Myrtle Beach, Loris, Longs, Little River, and surrounding communities.

NC - Caeolina Shores, Calabash, Sunset Beach, Tabor City, and surrounding communities.

What if I need to cancel?

You may:

  • Reschedule

  • Request store credit

  • Request a refund (minus a $20 fee) if you cancel at least 24 hours before your rental day

What if the weather is bad?

If rain or high winds are expected, contact us 24 hours before your event. You may reschedule, keep credit, or receive a refund (minus a $10 processing fee).

Are you insured?

Yes — we carry full liability insurance through em breve
